Refund Policy
Every product on TrailDrop is vetted before it earns its spot. If something isn't right we'll make it right — no runaround, no hassle.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return contact us at traildropshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. No return required.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item contact us and we'll ship the correct one at no charge.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons the following cannot be returned once opened: water filters, food containers, and personal care items.
